Shipping, Returns, & Farm FAQs

Start here for all your questions regarding our shop, ordering process, delivery & pick-up policies, refunds, and more. If you don’t find your answer here, just contact us!

+ DO YOU DELIVER TO P.O. BOXES?

  • No. Unfortunately, P.O. Boxes are not accepted addresses.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or mistakes when inputting shipping details. Please double check your address and all shipping instructions before submitting your order.

+ WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

Every effort is made to choose economical and eco-conscious shipping options with efforts to prevent damage during shipping, but things happen! It is our goal to have happy customers so if any items arrive damaged, PLEASE contact us with photo evidence within two business days of product arrival by emailing cayla@duckcreekpastures.com.

+ DO YOU ACCEPT REFUNDS?

  • As meat is a food product, it is not returnable. We do, however, take pride in our products, so if you have concerns about any product or it's quality, please do not hesitate to contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.
  • PLEASE DO NOT DISPOSE of the product in question; we require the opportunity to investigate the contents in order to provide a solution.
  • We try our best to pack every order correctly, but if you receive an incorrect item or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within two business days, and we will be sure you are taken care of!

+ WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

PORK CUTS: Wisconsin, Minnasota, Iowa, South Dakota & North Dakota.

Please Note: All half/whole hog orders require a custom quote if you prefer shipping. Contact us for a custom shipping rate when you're ready to order.

+ WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?

Shipping rates are calculated by the pound and are as follows:

1-10lbs. $17.21
11-20 lbs. $12.73
21-30 lbs. $18.16
31-40 lbs. $23.62
41-50 lbs. $27.77
51-60 lbs. $30.65
61-70 lbs. $33.14
71-80 lbs. $39.30
81-90 lbs. $44.30
91-100 lbs. $48.97

+ WHEN DO YOU PROCESS ORDERS?

We process all orders immediately. If you placed an order in error or would like to cancel your order, you have until Saturday at 5:00 p.m. (excluding bulk/wholesale orders which are non-refundable). Any cancellation requests after 5:00 p.m. will not be processed, and your order will be shipped out. Thank you for your cooperation.

+ WHEN IS THE ORDER DEADLINE?

To get your order on any given week, our order cut-off is Monday at 7:00 a.m. CST.

+ WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All of our orders are shipped out on Tuesday or Wednesday.

+ WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

With an estimated delivery time of 1-2 days, you can expect your order Wednesday-Friday.

+ DO I NEED TO BE HOME TO ACCEPT THE DELIVERY?

No, the courier will leave the box at your home, no signature required. The meat is packed in an insulated box with the proper amount of ice packs and will be at a safe temperature for several hours. Use or place in the fridge/freezer by the end of the day.

+ WHAT IF MY MEAT IS THAWED UPON DELIVERY?

All meat is shipped frozen in an insulated box with ice packs. Please note, as long as the meat is still cool to the touch, the products have not been compromised.

+ WHEN CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

  • We offer on-farm pick up on Wednesdays from 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. by appointment only (please let us know what time works best for you in the notes section at check out) so that we can have your order ready before you arrive. Our address will be included at check out.

+ WHAT SHOULD I BRING WITH ME UPON PICK-UP?

Cooler(s), ice packs, and your ID.

+ DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE PURCHASES?

+ DO YOU OFFER FARM TOURS?

We appreciate your interest in visiting our farm! Unfortunately, we no longer offer tours.
